            News Update: as of June 30, 2011 all prices are  the same for present and future clients.I'm only booking 30 days out from today.

            Forgotten appointments,
            mixed up days/dates, failure to receipt appointment confirmation or email reminder are non-exceptions.  CHARGES WILL APPLY for no shows or last minute cancellations. 
              YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE THE WHOLE AMOUNT ON YOUR CARD WHEN YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLY $1 (hold fee will cancel by the end of the day). 

            PLEASE DO:

             
            If you are ordering hair please allow yourself one (1) month's grace period before scheduling an appointment.
             
            Please call me if you are not sure which type of hair to purchase.

            HAVE YOUR HAIR TAKEN DOWN AND WASHED! If you have chosen washing service disregard washing your own hair.

             BE ON TIME!
             
            CLIENTS ARRIVING 30 MINUTES OR MORE AFTER THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME WILL NOT BE SERVICED - NO EXCEPTIONs.

            Please allow yourself extra time for traffic. However I do understand that sometimes uncontrollable situations occur
            Please make sure your email address is correct to ensure email confirmation.

            PLEASE DON'T:

            PLEASE DO NOT RELY ON THE APPT CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT YOU SHOULD RECEIVE 24 HRS PIROR TO THE APPT BECAUSE SOMETIMES THE SYSTEM DOSENT SEND THEM TO YOUR EMAIL.

            PLEASE DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT  FOR SOMEONE ELSE AND USE YOUR CARD INFO AND THEIR NAME BECAUSE IF THE PERSON DOES NOT SHOW UP YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED.

            Please dont make an consultation appt with the intent to get full service when you come to the consultation appt. A consultation appt is for advice, advisement, or questions.

             Deposit is required if I have to dye the weave. 
             Dying the hair is extra $40 for 8 oz (2 bags). 
            If you do not have to dye your hair their will be no payment before appt date. 


            Cancellations
             (Whom ever name you use for card details will be held responsible for payment) 
            No charge when :
            Please cancel online by checking your email look for "Email Confirmation" or contact me via email, or phone 24 hrs in advance. 
            You are charged when:
            If you cancel less then 24 hrs in advance you will be charged a Cancellation fee of $30. Your card (the person name that was given or card detail) will be charged.

            Changes
            If you need to change or reschedule your appointment make another appointment online and I will cancel the other one.

            NO SHOW
            (Whom ever name you use for card details will be held responsible for payment) 
             If you are a NO SHOW your card will be charged $50 (the person name that was given for card detail) and you can NOT schedule another appointment.

            All prices depends on length of hair and what style you want.

            Payment Method:
            Cash or  Real credit cards not bank cards.
             ($5 fee to process visa, discover, master card, amex)

            NO CHECKS or money orders
              YOU'll HAVE TO BUY YOUR OWN HAIR
            NO Refunds given at all





            Credit card info

            The $1 Credit Capture Hold 
            The most important thing to remember is that it's not a charge, but a hold. A temporary $1 hold is placed on the card as part of the verification step of the credit card capture process. It will disappear back into the account within a few business days.
            So please it's nothing to worry about!

            Credit Card Capture Clarification  
            Genbook do not provide a payment gateway.  So there's no need to worry about you accidentally being charged for the appointment. This also means it won't matter if you decide to use a different form of payment at the time of the service. Furthermore, it means there also aren't any processing fees or hidden/extra charges attached to the credit card payment.

            Security of credit card
            Once the card information is verified, it is encrypted and stored for my business only. I'm the only one that can access credit card info by entering my password in order to see the credit card details when i view the appointment in the calendar. So only people with access to my Genbook login information will be able to view this information, which I only have.

            2. Bring a $30 deposit. You can pay by credit card or cash when you come. The deposit will go towards the price of your hair. I will write you out a receipt.


            You can save your gas and the trouble by booking online.
