Please review our policy changes as of 6/2/2017: - All stylists will require a $40 deposit or the full payment during time of booking, cash only will be accepted for the remaining balance.
- Deposits are non-refundable but are transferrable to the next appointment scheduled. You can only transfer your appointment one time.
- No weave will be dyed the same day. Please contact us 4 days before you apt to dye your weave.
Appointment Changes, Cancellation, and No Show Policy:
In order to maintain our client-stylist relationships we enforce a strict policy.
You may change your appointment 48 hours in advance to a different date or time without penalty. Please complete this by phone (call or text 469-563-2441) or online by selecting “Manage Existing Appointment”.
While we do offer cancellations, please note that you will forfeit the $40 deposit as we do not offer refunds.
No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule’s full, thus better serving everyone. By confirming this appointment, you are agreeing to this Cancellation Policy.
